Needing Help to Find Direction in Your Personal or Work Life?
Hello, my name is Dawn Vincent and I am a qualified Mental Health Social Worker,
Psychotherapist and Career Counsellor with a private counselling practice located in Camberwell. If you have found your way to my site, you
are probably seeking changes in one or more areas of your life – your emotions, your
relationships and/or your work/career. Over the last 25 years I have been counselling
people like you, assisting them to manage painful emotions, confront life challenges and
transitions, develop skills, improve the quality of relationships and make changes and choices which lead to
enhanced wellbeing and greater meaning and satisfaction in the key areas of life and work.
People seek counselling with me for a broad range of personal and work related concerns including:
anxiety, depression, loss and grief, relationship problems, low self esteem and confidence,
stress management, handling conflict, career planning and decision making, personal and
professional development or dealing with significant life events such as trauma, illness,
disability, relationship breakdown, parenting or redundancy.
If you choose to come to me for counselling I will provide you with a professional, caring and safe
environment to explore your issues and help you draw on your own strengths and personal
resources to achieve what you want for yourself. To discuss your personal counselling needs and learn
more about how I can help you, please contact me.
